The founder of Aero Alliance, Bill Soldan, graduated from
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1983. He is a licensed
pilot and serves on the NBAA Airport Committee. We are available

Aircraft Acquisition Services
Aero Alliance maintains a
strategic relationship with Craig Pereira of Aero Tropics, LLC who
will assist in purchasing an aircraft. Aero Tropics starts by
analyzing our client's travel requirements, considering factors such
as frequency, destination, number of passengers, and payload. Based
on this analysis, a list of aircraft is provided to the customer
that meets your travel requirements, while discussing the advantages
and disadvantages of each aircraft. Once a model has been selected,
we will catalog all available matching aircraft that meets the
customer’s specific parameters. The company will provide
specifications on each aircraft, and upon narrowing down to one or
two aircraft, Aero Tropics will perform a visual inspection of
each. The customer will receive a detailed report on the aircraft
findings, and if necessary, arrange for a pre-purchase inspection at
an agreed upon service center. Aero Tropics ensures that all
appropriate discrepancies or defects are corrected and that a
technically superior aircraft is delivered to the customer. We can
provide the customer with sample agreements, including Offer to
Purchase, Escrow Agreement, Purchase/Sale Agreements, etc. Finally,
Aero Tropics will assist in all phases of the transaction through
delivery and set up logistics for continuing support. Our services
are completely confidential.
